I am a personal trainer for pain reduction with an extensive background — I am a medical professional with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and years of experience in creating and implementing neck and back pain exercise prescriptions together with physicians in this area. Safety is my first concern in training with you during our sessions and in teaching you how to train when you are on your own. It is especially important to train properly and safely.
